Stellar Award-Winning Bri Babineaux Returns with Sophomore Album ‘The Encounter’

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) – April 3, 2020 – Bri Babineaux, dubbed Gospel music’s “Praise and Worship Princess,” returns with her sophomore album, The Encounter – after a three-year hiatus. The Encounter is available now at all major digital retail and streaming outlets.

The Encounter’s, core-theme is centered around a 1:1 relationship with God. Recorded live at Living the Word International Church in New Orleans, LA, the album captures the beauty and power of unrestrained and organic worship. Th]e Encounter features special guests Todd Dulaney, Pslamist Raine, Dante Bowe and features covers of popular worship songs like “Oceans,” and “Build My Life.”

“The Encounter is like my baby,” says Babineaux. “I was able to have all hands and feet in the creative process. This album is a combination of my penmanship, what I found out was my sound, all combined with what God told me was a work for the body of Christ. Given everything that’s going on now, I know that people are going to be extremely blessed by it.”

Written by Timothy Reddick, Alton Buggs II and Kierre Bjorn Lindsay the song serves as a reminder that healing happens when you ask God to fill you up again and take you back to the place you first fell in love with Christ.
