#NewMusic: Victoria Monét, Khalid & SG Lewis are Hopeful that “Experience” Changes People

Experience can be a good or bad thing. Most importantly, it’s a lesson to be learned, and its heard throughout the song with Victoria Monet, Khalid, and SG Lewis.

The vibe from the cover art, and the song, is very much Disco, mixed with R&B, and Pop. From Monét’s angelic background vocals on the uptempo beat, to the way she and Khalid compliment each other, “Experience” is an experience.

“Love always feels better, When it’s true/ Love tastes way too bitter, When it’s you/ I’m all out of love, You gave it away/ I’m hoping that experience could get you to change, I’m hoping that experience could get you to change”

Listen to “Experience” below, and get it here.
