#NewMusic, Sammie is Tired of Being in the “Friend Zone” on Latest Single

Almost every guy has had the “Friend Zone” experience Sammie sings about in his new single, and it stings a little bit. However, Sammie finds a way to make pain artistic and beautiful. “Friend Zone” follows his latest EP “Send Nudes.”

Sammie definitely gives good R&B, and it has only elevated as he grows and matures. “Friend Zone” tells a story, and explores emotions that may try to hide. It’s honest, raw, and emotional on keys, a high hat, and guitar.

“I’m tired of hearing bout your heartbreak, It hurts me/ And baby when he lets you down, It irks me/ You deserve the world, yeah, You deserve me/ Baby I can’t be your friend no more, I love you…”
