Cardi B & Bruno Mars teamed up again to give us another banger with “Please Me.”
Following their “Finesse Remix,” which was released last year in January; “Please Me” was produced by Bruno Mars and the Stereotypes, and it shows. The single gives us the old school feeling of R&B, but mates the time we’re in with Cardi giving us true Cardi style.
While Mars his singing his heart out with his chorus, “Please me, baby/turn around and just tease me, baby/You’ve got what I want and what I need, baby/please,” Cardi is telling us how she gets it on in the bedroom. “I’m gonna ride it just how you like it/ Just like you like it tonight/And after that, let’s do it one more time.”
