Teyana Taylor Releases ‘The Album,’ Features Missy Elliott, Erykah Badu, Big Sean & More

Teyana Taylor’s new album, The Album, is out! With a Grace Jones-esqe cover, Taylor’s direction of the album starts off different from her last. This is Taylor’s third studio album.

In the intro, we hear Taylor’s husband Iman Shumpert’s 911 call when their first child, Junie, was born at home. Taylor and Shumpert revealed that they’re expecting their second child together in the “Wake Up Love” video. The Album starts off extremely personal, and then goes into “Come Back to Me,” which features Rick Ross and Junie herself.

Along with Ross and Junie, the 23-track album features Missy Elliott, Erykah Badu, King Combs, Big Sean, Kehlani, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Quavo, Davido, and Future.
