Lady Leshurr consistently goes viral for her Queen Speech songs, killing each one constantly, uniting U.K. and U.S. fans together. Even during quarantine, she delivered, this time with her “Quarantine Speech.”
Leshurr released the song as a freestyle on Instagram, and the reactions prompted her to learn how to record herself in home. On top of that, she recorded and released her own video from inside her house, adding to the message of the song.
“So please don’t cough around me, keep your salivas/ Pasta and rice has gone, No hand sanitisers, Tried ordering Addison Lee but there was no drivers/ I’m tryna catch some flights not Coronavirus Verse 2 Well I would if I could do, Yeah that’s what I should do But they cancelled my flights to Miami and Cancun/ So I’m not in a good mood, Nah nah don’t touch me, Big sis needs an apology Cus I’ll be on one like I’m in Quarantine/ I’m mad had to change up ah whole lot of plans, Before you go bout your business/ WASH THEM HANDS!”
