Following “Quarantine Speech,” Lady Leshurr is making this pandemic more entertaining. Her unmistakable flow and creativity is undeniable, and her quarantine-inspired music just amplifies that.
Featuring Busy Signal, “Quarantining” displays their perspectives during quarantine. What they’ve been doing, and not doing. What we all can and can’t do. As sad as quarantining can be, both rappers manage to express what’s happening in a fun way, but still deliver bars.
“Times have changed, cus I always go in, but now I wanna go out/ Show out In the cut like I put the phone down, Put my clothes on but for what really don’t count/ Segway down the hallway, Fifa on the couch, I can’t be bothered to answer the Doorbell/ Listen, Only got one life I’m tryna live it, The sun is coming out I’m kinda Livid/ But it ain’t a thing it’s minor enit, Seen Cah we all gotta do the Quaranting”
