R. Kelly’s Former Manager Arrested For Alleged Terroristic Threats Towards Victim’s Father

R. Kelly’s former manager Henry James Mason was arrested in Georgia, allegedly for making terroristic threats in defense of the singer.

According to NBCNews, Mason made threats towards Timothy Savage, the father of Joycelyn Savage, one of the women that is currently living with Kelly. Many, including her family, believe is being brainwashed, and appeared in the Surviving R. Kelly docu-series.

Mason surrendered himself to Henry County Sheriff’s deputies earlier today, was booked on one count of allegedly making terroristic threats. Mason posted a $10,000 bond and was released within minutes, the spokeswoman added.

Mason appeared throughout the docs-series, seemingly confirming everything that was being alleged against Kelly. Even admitting that he forged documents for Kelly and Aaliyah to be married (although Aaliyah was 15 at the time).

Fox 5 Atlanta was able to obtain a statement against Mason by the Saage family by their attorney.

“Let this be a message to R. Kelly’s staff that we won’t be bullied or threatened. We will continue to pursue legal action against any and all threats to the safety of the Savage family. Our goal has always been to bring Joycelyn Savage home safely and we will not be deterred.”
