In his first solo release of 2023, Raheem DeVaughn returns with his new single “All Night,” ahead of his forthcoming EP, “Summer of Love.”
Written by DeVaughn and produced by Jamil Face Johnson for H.M.P., DeVaughn calls “All Night” a prelude to the “Steamy” EP.
“I want music lovers to be prepared for it to be provocative, grown, sensual, and mannish, all while allowing their sexual algorithms to be serenaded by the sounds of the EP,” DeVaughn said. “I wanted to have some fun and be free on this EP, as I have full control of my project as a fully-independent artist this go-round.”
It’s been announced that DeVaughn, along with others, will perform at the 2023 Black Music Honors this month. He was also recently tapped for Tanya Nolan’s single, “Pace Yourself”
DeVaughn’s “Summer of Love” EP will be released on June 21, during Black Music Month.
