At the age of 47, TMZ reports that Kim Porter has passed away.
Porter was a former actress and model, most noticeably known for her long relationship with rapper-mogul Diddy. The former couple shared 4 children, Quincy, Christian, Jessie James, and D’Lila Combs.
While details of her passing are still developing, TMZ is reporting that she may have gone into cardiac arrest, according to the dispatch call.Porter and Diddy began dating in the mid-1990s and their relationship ended for good in 2007.
