Returning for a third solo album, Erica Campbell’s single, “Positive,” talks about the importance of words and positive energy, especially in the current state of the world.
“Words have power,” Campbell said in a statement. “Positive is a good word even though it’s now connected to something else due to COVID-19. I just wanted to take that word back and give it the power it deserves. Being positive, thinking positive, knowing that God is sovereign and in control. Knowing the difference between what He is doing and what I am trying to do.”
“Positive” was written by Erica Campbell, Warryn Campbell and Juan Winans, and produced by Warryn Campbell for My Block Inc. Erica Campbell’s album is scheduled to be released on Sept. 23rd.
In support of the new single, Erica Campbell will host the “Positively Me: Special Livestream Brunch Event With Erica Campbell And Friends” on Saturday. Tickets are available for purchase here.
On April 17, Easter Sunday, Erica CAMPBELL’s episode of the critically-acclaimed UNCENSORED on TVOne will air.
