It’s time!
K. Michelle, aka, Puddin, is gearing up for the release of her long-awaited Country album.
K. Michelle’s Country album, Jesus & Whiskey, features nine songs and includes 2025’s “Jack Daniel’s” and the self-titled track released this week.
The Memphis-born singer signed to a Country music label in 2024 after performing “Love Can Build A Bridge” alongside Jelly Roll and Fisk Jubilee Singers at The 57th Annual CMA Awards, being featured on an album tribute to The Judds, and performing at various Country music festivals.
“I’m watering myself. I’ve had to dig into myself. I’ve had to hype myself up. I’ve had to, even in this long release, as I’m terrified, I have to look in that mirror and say, ‘You’re going to be okay’ and ‘You can’t define my box.’ You can’t define what my fairytale looks like inside. That’s what the album cover’s about,” she said in a statement to PEOPLE.
