“Black Love,” is a docu-series created by filmmakers Codie Elaine Oliver and Tommy Oliver that will have various well known and unknown black couples discussing various topics in how to make a relationship work.
Featured couples include Viola Davis and husband Julius Tennon, Shanice and Flex Alexander, Meagan Good and DeVon Franklin, Tia Mowry and husband/actor Cory Hardrict, gospel singer Erica Campbell and husband/music producer Warryn Campbell, and many additional couples throughout the country.
“Black Love,” highlights love stories from the Black community and seeks to answer the burning question, “What is the secret to making a marriage work?” The series aims to offer proof that love can happen for everyone, and although it’s not always smooth, you can make it through.
