#RIP, Actor John Witherspoon Has Passed Away at Age 77

Acting icon John Witherspoon passed away at age 77. He is known for his many iconic roles, ranging from Friday, to The Boondocks, to The Wayans Bros, and many guest appearances.

Bringing laugh and joy to millions, we say goodbye to the icon. According to IMDb, Witherspoon has 84 acting credits throughout his career. He was recently expected to reprise his role as Grandad on The Boondocks. His son J.D. shared the news with an emotional post on Twitter. May he rest in laughter & peace.
