Rihanna Teams Up With Chopard To Launch New Jewelry Line

It was all a dream for young Robyn Fenty to become a recording artists, now known as Rihanna, and her empire has only grown since 2005. Given the success of her own fashion line, River Island, and her collaboration with Puma, Rihanna has decided to step into the jewelry game.

Rihanna is set to launch a jewelry collection with the Chopard jewelry company. The line will be called “Rihanna Loves Chopard.” The collection will consist of one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by “Rihanna’s island roots.” Pened as  a limited edition collection, the 9-piece line is co-designed by Rihanna  and Chopard’s co-founder & creative director Caroline Scheufele.

“Rihanna and I collaborated closely on the collections, so you can feel her unstoppable energy, strong creativity, and inherent sense of design in every piece. With her unique style, she redefines the way people see and wear jewelry,” said  Scheufele.

As it turns out, the singer has already been quietly sporting some of the pieces from the collection:  At this year’s Grammy Awards, she wore a one-of-a-kind pair of floral inspired multi-colored chandelier earrings and marquise-cut diamond solitaire ring.

Rihanna x Chopard launches at the Cannes Film Festival next month, but you can see the images here and some below.
