While discussing the altercation, Remy gave her full opinion, not criticizing Cardi and Minaj but pinpointing the double standards in society for artists and their lyrics with fans perception.

“Let’s be clear—there really wasn’t a fight,” Remy said, considering the fact that there was no physical contact or direct it. “It was an altercation.”

Remy continued to say “people need to stop talking crazy. Stop talking crazy, this isn’t just for her this is a blanket statement for everybody. Stop talking crazy, stop tweeting crazy, stop doing all this Instagram banging. Not only if you can’t back it up, but as soon as niggas is talking all this real shit, and as soon as some real shit happens; not an altercation where someone gets hit in the head by security and ends up with a speed knot. As soon as some real shit happens, when somebody’s in the hospital, when somebody’s cut, somebody’s stabbed, somebody’s stomped out; everyone is like ‘oh my God, stop the violence please. We can’t do this.’ But when niggas is talking all that real nigga shit, and all this gangster shit, and all this gang shit, everyone thinks it’s cool. They’re quoting it, they’re using it as lines to their posts, but as soon as something happens, ‘why would Cardi do that?’
