After the release of the Lifetime docu-series, Surviving R. Kelly, R. Kelly may finally be on his way to prison.
Surviving R.Kelly revealed a lot to the public. It told the stories of some victims, while also giving knowledge on Kelly himself. The series told us that Kelly was molested multiple times throughout his childhood, and let us know his alleged methods of control.
According to TMZ, “investigators have been reaching out to several survivors featured in the TV project. We have confirmed investigators reached out to Asante McGee, one of the women who allegedly escaped R. Kelly’s home.”
TMZ is also reporting that the DA is searching for the names and contacts of everyone that lived with Kelly in his former GA home.
