Once Again, Rising Hip-Hop King J. Cole Goes Platinum With No Features

J. Cole just got another accomplishment under his belt with his latest album “4 Your Eyez Only.” It is now certified platinum, with no features, just like his last few albums.

Dreamville made the announcement on Instagram today (April 7) that the album surpassed 1 million units of sales. The album is set to get the film treatment with HBO releasing a 4 Your Eyez Only documentary April 15.

Released in December of 2016, “4 Your Eyez Only” sold 492,000 equivalent album units in its opening week, which is his largest debut to date. By January, the effort earned a gold plaque. This is definitely a great accomplishment while he’s getting ready to go on tour this summer.
