#NewVideo, Sylenna Johnson Releases Latest Video for “Freelance Lover”

Affectionately known as “The Queen of Chicago,” Sylenna Johnson has giving us another soulful bop with a message. She has released her new single, and video for “Freelance Lover.”

Johnson is a GRAMMY nominated singer/songwriter, and host of TV One’s daytime talk show, Sister Circle Live. With no signs of slowing down, Johnson is the leading woman, and portrays multiple different women in her video. This song speaks to the overall message of her forthcoming album, which is to inspire & empower women to go after all of their dreams despite what any man has to say!

Johnson’s sultry, one-of-a-kind raspy tone, combined with her timeless beauty has made her a fan favorite for nearly twenty years. Johnson is preparing for the release of her new album, working on Sister Circle Live and rehearsing for her upcoming City Winery Tour!

Check out the “Freelance Lover” video below. Johnson’s 10th studio album, WOMAN, is available January 31, 2020.
