Mariah Carey is back after her disastrous New Years Eve performance with new music, possibly her 19th Number 1 record? Her new song, “I Don’t,” features rapper YG.
Carey sampled an R&B classic for her new song, Donell Jones – “Where I Wanna Be.” She used it and made it her own. Not only did she release a new single, but a video to accompany it. Carey looks stunning in the video, n an odd way, Carey and YG balance each other out in the song and video. The new song gives off “The Emancipation Of Mimi” vibes and if this is the vibe she’s going for, then I’m sure Carey can get another number 1 song from her upcoming album due out later this year.
