Gearing up for the release of his tenth studio album, Kenny Lattimore has released the third single from the “Here To Stay” project, “Only Girl.” The slow R&B groove song is something Lattimore said he fell in love with the first moment he heard it over a year and a half ago.
“The message is all about the small details that make relationships work,” Lattimore said. “The Producer is Darren “Champ” Jenkins, the son of J. Dibbs who produced my demo for my first solo record deal and went on to produce (2) songs on my Columbia Records debut album, ‘Kenny Lattimore.’ It’s quite a full-circle moment.”
“Only Girl,” co-written by Jenkins and DeCarlos Waller. , follows Lattimore’s singles “Pressure” and “Lose You.”
