#NewMusic: K. Michelle Announces Release Date of Last R&B Album, Drops New Single ‘Blame Yourself’

K. Michelle has been telling fans she plans to focus on Country music over R&B, and it appears the time has finally come. K. Michelle’s “final R&B album” is called “I’m the Problem,” and will contain 19 tracks.

K. Michelle’s final R&B album will contain the previous singles “Scooch,” “You” and “Wherever The D May Land” with Gloss Up. Early this year, she headlined her “I’m The Problem” tour.

“Blame Yourself” blends the storytelling of her “0 Fucks Given” mixtape with her “Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart” album, adding to her album title being “I’m The Problem.”

K. Michelle’s “I’m The Problem” album will be available Sept. 22.

Continuing on her Country music journey, K. Michelle will be performing on Sept. 16 in Annapolis, Maryland with artist Tony Evans Jr.

This isn’t K. Michelle’s first dabble into Country music, as she’s from Memphis, Tennessee and has been singing Country her whole life. Her single, “Wehreever The D May Land,” incorporates elements of Country in the song and video. She’s also going by the name of Puddin as her Country artist name.

As she gets further in her country bag, she has been a featured artist on Justin Champagne’s “Country Love Song” and will be featured on a tribute album for Country icons, The Judds.
