Monica has finally released the song teased on T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle, and it’s a testament to her musical and vocal growth.
Monica’s last album was in 2015, and shortly after, she left her record label of over 20 years. Now independent, Monica is ready to get back in the game after a small hiatus.
On a stripped down R&B track “Commitment,” Monica will have catching feelings of truth and understanding. Give a cool and sexy vibe, Monica is giving us grown Monica, while still having fun.
“I just need someone to love me when it’s hard to / I can trust with all my issues,” she sings. “Someone who is patient and consistent / I need good sex and commitment.
