Missy Elliott to Embark on First Headlining Tour, Busta Rhymes, Ciara and Timbaland to Join ‘OUT OF THIS WORLD’ Tour

The icon, the legend, Missy Elliott is set to embark on her first headlining tour across North America, giving fans “The Missy Elliott Experience.” Hip Hop legend Busta Rhymes, multi-platinum-selling superstar Ciara, and mega-producer Timbaland will join Elliott on the road.

The 24-city summer tour kicks off on July 4 in Vancouver and ends on Aug. 22 in Rosemont, IL, with stops in Baltimore, D.C., Oakland, Las Vegas, Brooklyn and more.

In 2023, Elliott was one of the headliners for the Essence Festival in New Orleans. Her most recent musical work, the “ICONOLOGY” EP in 2019, received critical acclaim.

“This is an incredible time in my life as I am experiencing so many milestone ‘firsts,’ being the FIRST female Hip Hop artist to be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and now going out on my FIRST headline tour,” Elliott said. “Fans have been asking me to tour forever but I wanted to wait until I felt the time was right because I knew if I was ever going to do it, I had to do it big, and I had to do it with family.”

The three artists collaborated with director Dave Meyers, stylist June Ambrose and director Hi-Hat for the video announcement for the tour, giving afro-futurism and insight into the vibes of the pending tour.

General tickets go on sale starting Friday, April 12 at 10 a.m. at Missy-Elliott.com.
