The Queen of Christmas’ reign is not letting up anytime soon. Even after Christmas has passed, Mariah Carey’s hit “All I Want For Christmas Is You” is #1 again.
“All I Want For Christmas Is You” was the last Hot 100 single of the 2010s, and is officially the first #1 single of the 2020s decade. Although the new year doesn’t officially start til Wednesday, the Billboard charts updated today (according to Chart Data on twitter), and will last through the week. going into the new year.
The yearly Christmas hit just went number 1 for the first time this year, and became Carey’s 19th Billboard Hot 100 #1 single. She’s still the solo artist with the most number one, Hot 100 singles, and second overall following The Beatles (20).
