Karrueche Will Go To Court Against Chris Brown, Says He Will Kill Her

According to TMZ, Karrueche Tran will head to court on Thursday to be face-to-face with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, for the need to have a permanent restraining order against him.

Allegedly, Tran has tried to serve Brown with  the temporary restraining order she got last month, but he’s evaded service 3 times.  A  judge had issued the emergency order, requiring Brown to stay away from Tran and her friends, stating that Brown “told a few people that he was going to kill me.” Saying that Brown told the friends if he can’t have her then no one else can, threatening he was going to “take me out” and “threatened to shoot me.”

Tran has also stated that Brown  “punched me in my stomach twice,” and “pushed me down the stairs.” No doubt, his past abuse with Rihanna will be brought up in this instance.

Brown posted a video on his Instagram a few weeks ago, which has since been deleted, proving Tran’s point. In the video he admitted to being a stalker and wanting to ruin his exes lives, granted, close friends say he was joking, but this only adds fire to Tran’s legal battles.

tran has yet to publically address the issue, however; Thursday will be her day n court if everything goes right. I will keep this story updated with more information as it comes.
