Kandi Burrus and Todd Tucker’s marriage together has had its trials and tribulations, but they are proving that their choices are based on them, and no outside forces can come between them.
In the season 11 premiere of Real housewives of Atlanta, Burrus shared that she and Tucker have two embryos left from their in vitro fertilization process they endured with their first child together, Ace. In the clip below, you’ll see the moment where Burrus reveals she’s thinking of having more children, to which her daughter Riley is against at this point in her life.
Well, Burrus revealed to US Weekly that she and Tucker have begun the surrogate process, revealing that they found one. “We did find someone, and right now we are in the process — you know it hasn’t been done — but we’re in the process.”
Burrus also revealed that this process was challenging because she didn’t have anyone close to her that went through it, so there was no one to ask. “Like, I don’t have anybody who can tell me [about it]. When we were going through the IVF process, I did have a couple of friends who had done it, so, you know, I could talk to them, but this is a situation where I don’t have anybody I can talk to.”
