K. Michelle Finishes Last Surgery to be Healthy, Happy to be “Closing the Chapter on This Mistake”

Kimberly “K.Michelle” Pate has always been tough, and now is no different. Right before heading out on her upcoming tour, she scheduled her final surgery to remove the “foreign objects” from her previous illegal body augmentation.

If you’ve been following Pate’s story, then you know she’s been having health problems over the past couple of years. Pate has admitted to having illegal butt injections in the past, which resulted in her having to get multiple surgeries.

“He wasn’t a doctor — it was black market, it was these ‘hydrogel’ injections — that’s what they were being called,” she says. “When I found out my favorite rapper did it, that’s when I decided, ‘I’m getting it done.’ ”

Now, Pate is doing better, and is healthier than ever. She went to Instagram to share the news of her surgery success, and that she has an official release date for the album and next single.

“The gag is I haven’t even been out of surgery 24 hours. I’ve been up since 4am laying on my stomach working, like really on my computer! I’ve called my record label head, radiopeople, A&R, bothering @condidoverona about all my creatives. Supa hood video is done and about to come out. It’s time to shoot some more visuals from the album, But first let me recover. LOL.”

Fans are not only happy for the new music, but also Pate’s health. She’s planning on to have twins via a surrogate. Pate also just released her new single “Supa Hood” from her upcoming album All Monsters Are Human.

“I’m just happy that this journey and closing the chapter on this mistake I made,” Pate continued. “It’s time to smile and i’m in a hurry to do so, but I have not rush my recover time. Love y’all❤️ CALM DOWN SOME PEOPLE IN THESE COMMENTS. Smh. THE ALBUM DATE AND SINGLE DATE WERE GIVEN TO ME ANS THEY ARE THE SAME. Chill. Nothing has changed you still get THREE visuals in the next four to five Weeks. If you truly love me, isn’t a healthy me on tour important? Yes”
