Looks like North Carolina is getting a home town treat for the NBA All-Star game with J. Cole, as well as a few out of town performances from Meek Mill.
While Mill is set to start the night off with a bang, Cole, a North Carolina native, is set to perform a medley of his songs during his halftime performance. Meek just put out his latest album, Championships, while Cole’s latest single “Middle Child” is expected to rise up the charts.
LeBron James and Milwaukee Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo are expected to be team captains. They’ll have to draft the eight remaining players from the starter pool in the First Round and then all 14 players from the reserve pool in the Second Round, making selections without regard to a player’s conference affiliation or position.
The team rosters for the 68th NBA All-Star Game will be revealed on TNT in a special NBA All-Star Draft Show on Thursday, Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. ET.
The 68th annual NBA All-Star Game will take place at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C. on Feb. 17., and air live at 8 p.m. ET on TNT.
