Berry Boo, is no stranger to the stage. She’s work with artists like Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Robin Thicke, Melanie Fiona, and more. You can hear her giving vocals on West’s Yeezus and The Life of Pablo album, both whom she too received Grammy nominations for.
After releasing her debut LP “ImBerryDamnit” in 2013, followed by her Smash Record “FGTS” in 2014. She is now back with her Sophomore EP “Clutch.”
Earlier this year, Berry Boo released her smash single, “Gunz N’ Black Roses” to rave reviews. She was able to perform the in-your-face song on several TV shows including, CBS’ Great Day Washington, Fox29 The Q on Fox, Fox5 Good Day DC, just to name a few. She recently released the music video to the LIVE acoustic rendition of “Gunz N’ Black Roses.”
Boo re-released her single “Uncertainty” with Smith Street, produced by Staff Reed. The single is her most recently released EP, “Clutch,” available on all streaming and download platforms now. “Uncertainty” gives our past (or current) feelings a rhythmic groove to share hurt with. A bop to vibe and dance too, a song that’s relatable to many.
“Uncertainty, is a feeling that we all know too well. Being in a relationship with someone who is no good for you but you can’t seem to let go. This song reflects that emotional tug of war that we’ve all had with love,” mentions Berry. “Uncertainty don’t bring no peace…no sleep“, she adds.
