Future Says Jay-Z Added To His Negative Attention With “A Hot Line” On “Kill Jay Z” (Video)

Future visited with 107.9’s Durtty Boyz to talk about a lot of recent controversy he’s been in. Everything from Wendy Williams to Russell Wilson.

Future is surrounded with controversy, and it has only increased in the past couple of years since his split with Ciara. The former couple share a son together, but after the public break up, Ciara moved on and married football player Russel Wilson. They share a daughter together.

In 2017, Jay-Z’s 444 album dropped, and “Kill Jay Z” had a line on there that took a great dig at Future, but spoke on what Jay didn’t want for himself. “I don’t even know what you woulda done/ In the future other niggas playin’ football with your son”

The line was prominent because earlier in the year, pictures of Ciara and Future’s son showed the young boy plating football with Wilson.

Now 2 years later, Future has publicly addressed the line. First, Future claims that Jay-Z was making excuses, saying he didn’t mean it like that.

“You supposed to be biggin’ up me,” he explained. “I come from the streets, you come from the streets…we’re supposed to give it no negative attention for a hot line that’s something that’s always gonna be out. It’s out now… it is what it is…”
