Chris-Brown-and-Royalty-twitter-pictures-photos-2015Curran, the woman who claimed Brown pulled a gun on her, has since been proven as an unreliable person. She has her own track record of crime and petty theft, but because of her accusations; the legal problems stemming  are not over.Accoridng to E! News, child protective services have launched an investigation into Brown following the gun arrest.  The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services tells NBC News that they paid a visit to Brown’s home to check on his 2-year-old daughter Royalty, who is currently staying with him (which makes the whole allegations even wore). TMZ  claims Royalty’s mother, Guzman, is the one who filed the complaint against Brown after Curran’s claims. Regardless of Curran’s allegations, Brown’s attorney says that

“No guns or drugs were found at the home and Royalty was not present at the time of the incident.”

Because of the investigation and gun assault arrest, he is unable to enter Japan.  Brown was scheduled to perform in Tokyo next week, but was denied permission to enter the country via working visa because of the ongoing investigation. A Japanese consulate official told TMZ that the country has a very low tolerance for admitting visitors with criminal backgrounds and open cases. Brown and his legal team plan to reapply before his Japan tour dates.
