Season 9 of BET’s highly successful Sunday Best is coming to an end. Melvin Crispell III and Joshua Copeland have battled hard over the past few weeks, and the winner will be decided tonight!
With the competition officially over, this will be an unforgettable night of fun with the final contestants Crispell and Copeland, Kirk Franklin, and judges Jonathan McReynolds, Kelly Price, and Erica Campbell. Special guests like GRAMMY Award-winner Tasha Cobbs Leonard, and multiple Stellar Award-winner VaShawn Mitchell will perform as well as the judges. Campbell will debut her new single “Praying & Believing.” Just this past episode, Fantasia performed her latest single “Looking For You.”
The season 9 winner will receive a recording contract with RCA Inspiration, a cash prize of $50,000 and the title “Sunday Best.” BET will crown the season 9 Sunday Best winner today, Sunday, August 25 at 8:00PM ET/PT.
