After receiving her first number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Thank U, Next,” Ariana Grande has finally given us the movie-themed, cameo-filled video.
After teasing fans for a while, the video was well worth the wait. Directed by Hannah Lux Davis, “Thank U, Next” gives us teen classic cult, mixed with 2018 fun. Combining scenes from movies like “Mean Girls, “Bring It On,” “Legally Blonde,” and more, Grande brought multiple friends along the ride. Through the video, we see a small “Victorious” reunion with Liz Gilles and Matt Bennett, along with cameos from Victoria Monet, Kris Jenner, and more.
