After 25 Years, Mariah Carey Has Earned Her 19th Number One with “All I Want For Christmas Is You”

Yes, you read that right. After being released 25 years ago in 1994, the Queen of Christmas, Mariah Carey has earned her 19th number one single with the classic “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”

The news was just released via. @ChartData on Twitter, an account that keeps up with Billboard’s charts, updates, and more. Carey hasn’t released a statement yet, but it great to see her still achieving after all these years.

The song’s highest peak was number three on the charts, from the year prior. This is not only a great accomplishment for Carey, but another record broken. The first song to go number one on the charts 25 years after its release. Congratulations Carey!
