Under a new record deal, famed singer-songwriter (Beyoncé, Missy Elliott, Chris Brown, Demi Lovato) Lyrica Anderson returns to the scene feeling “Guilty” about how she feels about her lover.
“Guilty is about having fun and doing sensual things with your partner while saying all the flirty things that he or she wants to hear,” Anderson said. Written by Anderson and Nefertitti Avani, and produced by Stacey “SOS” Owens and co-produced by Emmanuel “MANO” Harrison, “it takes it back to the feeling of having a high-school crush and feeling butterflies all over your body when you see that person coming down the hallway,” Anderson adds.
The Los Angeles-raised artist follows in the footsteps of her talented mother, Lyrica Garrett, who was an original Ikette with Ike and Tina Turner as well as a singer with Rick James, Johnny “Guitar” Watson, and many others.
