As TV One turns 20 in 2024 and its sister station, CLEO TV, turns five, new shows and films are on the horizon, as well as continued classics.
“As we approach these anniversaries in January, we are introducing exciting, new programming we hope will thrill current viewers and capture the attention of new viewers as well,” Michelle Rice, President of TV One and CLEO TV said. “TV One continues to represent the best of Black entertainment and culture with a diverse offering of both new and nostalgic programming – for us by us.” Michelle Rice, President of TV One and CLEO TV states.”
The award-winning TV One classics that will continue include the Urban One Honors, UNSUNG, UNCENSORED and a few more.
New shows include “Raising Fame,” hosted by Lucille O’Neal (mother of Shaquille O’Neal) and Sonya Curry (mother of Stephen and Seth Curry), “COLLAB” hosted by Doug E. Fresh, “In The Kitchen with Tamar and Evelyn Braxton,” and an Al Sharpton biopic.
TV One and CLEO TV will continue to have programs that celebrate and highlight important holidays and cultural moments with the culture and community.
