Shortly after newly added host, Amanda Seales announced her departure, Tamera Mowry-Housley says she’s leaving The Real as well after seven years.
Mowry-Housley has been a part of the franchise since the beginning with all five original ladies: Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai, Tamar Braxton, and herself. Now, after six seasons, Mowry-Housley is “moving on” from The Real with a “bittersweet smile.
Mowry-Housley shared the following Instagram post below. She stated that she didn’t plan on speaking on her departure today, but that after seeing reports, she wanted fans to hear from her first.
“For seven years, my home and heart has been at The Real. The friendships that I’ve made there will last a lifetime, and the people that I’ve had the blessing to interview have changed my life for the better… To my fellow hosts, I love you, I will miss you, and I will always be there for you…”I’ll be rooting for you, as I look forward to spending time with my family, pursuing amazing nw opportunities, and embarking on the next chapter of my life.”
