Porsha Williams Speaks On Fiancé Dennis McKinley Following Split Rumors

Porsha Williams was extremely happy within the last year, finding a man, getting engaged, and having a baby with Dennis McKinley. However, her fairytale romance may have come to an end.

During her stop at the American Black Film Festival in Miami on June 13th, Williams was on a panel with Dr. Jackie Walters, and Karen Huger discussing their time in reality television. During the panel, the topic of break up rumors surrounding Williams and McKinley was brought up, and she addressed them (without addressing them).

“I’m pretty much doing everything in my own time,” began Williams according to Essence. “Not that there’s anything I’m trying to hide or run away from, but if you love someone and you make a mistake or he makes a mistake or whatever’s going on, you gotta make sure that y’all are good at the end of the day.”

Williams continues on speaking about her life on reality television. “I am on a reality television show and I do pride myself on being transparent on the show, but at the same time I’m human and when you’re talking about family, something that you want for a lifetime, you have to protect it.”

Filming is currently happening for the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Atlanta. Earlier this year, the 2 welcomed their daughter Pilar Jhena to the world, and even secured their own mini-series.

“What I will always do is make sure I protect family,” she said. “He will always be my daughter’s father and I will absolutely love him forever. We absolutely go through our ups and downs together. And I still thank God for the blessing I claimed a year ago.”

“There are still be things in any of us that aren’t perfect, that we have to deal with as a family. But overall I am still thankful to God and I know he is holding both of our hands as long as we stay in prayer.”

This possible split is sure to play out on this upcoming season of RHOA, especially if the things Tasha K claims are true, are actually true.
