#NewMusic, Lil Uzi Vert – The Way Life Goes (Remix) [Feat. Nicki Minaj]

The long awaited single Nicki Minaj has been telling us about that she did with Lil Uzi Vert is finally here. The track is a remix of Vert’s “The Way Life Goes,” but with Minaj on it, it bangs a little bit better, making it a true hip-hop feature.

This is the track Minaj has said “someone” was blocking, and didn’t want released, stating in a response to a fan asking about the song, “Been done!!! but apparently someone somewhere wants to hold back on putting it out right now. It’s not me & it’s not Uzi tho. Tea anyone?”

“Now you beggin’ this a doozy,” Minaj raps. “But beggars cannot by choosey/ Been the queen for eight summers/ Just tell them to call me Suzy/ This that Nicki, this that Uzi/ This Hennessy got me whoozy/ Broke the internet in 5411’s and some Gucci/ The blue ribbons eating sushi/ It’s that real good coochie/ This that wet as Chattahoochee/ Fuck all y’all like a hootchie/ Giving them bars since the teens/ I ain’t going back to juvie”

Listen to the remix here.
