Madame Tussauds Las Vegas Reveal Aaliyah Wax Figure

Almost two decades after Aaliyah’s untimely passing, Madame Tussauds Las Vegas reveal their Aaliyah wax figure in the throwback room. Her legacy impacted millions, and this gives fans something tangible to hold onto. So far, it has garnered mostly positive reviews from fans.

Aaliyah’s brother Rashad had a great deal of input, along with their mom, on the creation of the wax figure. “I was involved in the process from the inception of the project,” Haughton says via email statement sent to VIBE. “The team at Madame Tussauds welcomed a collaborative effort in choosing the pose and look of my sister’s figure. They made sure my mother and I were comfortable and supported through an amazing but understandably emotional process.”

Check out the figure, and comment below.
