Lucky Daye and Kirby to Perform at 2024 American Black Film Festival’s Cadillac Lounge

The 2024 American Black Film Festival (ABFF) has announced that Cadillac, in its 14th year as a proud sponsor, will offer festival attendees immersive cinematic music experiences at the Cadillac Lounge.

These events will highlight the significance of music in films, in conjunction with Cadillac’s exciting electric vehicle lineup.

The Cadillac Lounge, situated at The Fillmore Miami Beach, will serve as a vibrant space for ABFF visitors to unwind, re-energize, and relish exclusive performances by top-tier musical artists.

Guests can enjoy live recordings of the popular and critically acclaimed Ratchet & Respectable podcast hosted by Demetria L. Lucas, engaging discussions with cultural influencers, and more.

The Cadillac Lounge will give guests a unique chance to explore an interactive display of all-electric vehicles, including LYRIQ, Escalade IQ, and OPTIQ. For those interested in experiencing the future of electric vehicles, Cadillac will offer EV ride-and-drive experiences.

The Cadillac Lounge at ABFF will facilitate discussions with prominent thought leaders and innovators, showcase two outstanding live performances in honor of Black Music Month, host live podcast recordings, and feature LYRIQ electric vehicle test drives.

These activities will highlight the impact of music in film, complemented by Cadillac’s genuine ties to culture and the innovative nature of its electric vehicles.

The Cadillac Film Score Experience will be hosted by Alex Tyree, a singer/songwriter, TV personality, and the founder of Feel the SPACE. His vibrant energy will set the stage for captivating performances by emerging talent KIRBY and the soulful singer Lucky Daye.

In addition, Cadillac-sponsored cultural discussions will showcase inspirational figures such as Jessica Nabongo, the first Black woman to travel to every country globally, along with esteemed art collectors Sol Apante and Jennia Freirique Aponte, delving into the intricate and profound realm of collecting art by artists of color.
