Despite Being Fired, Tamar Braxton Says She’s Still Showing Up To Daytime Emmy’s

During an appearance on “Hallmark’s Home & Family,” Tamar Braxton was asked about being nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host for Season 2 alongside her former co-hosts Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai, and Tamera Mowry-Housley.

Although the singer’s departure was abrupt, sudden and unexpected, according to Braxton during interviews, she ready and willing to put feelings aside for this moment, and is hoping the other ladies can put their feelings aside as well.

“It doesn’t matter where I stand in my relationship with anybody,” she said. “If I’m nominated and I win, I’m going up there to accept my award—period. I’m going to be respectful and hopefully everyone else is going to be respectful because it’s a very amazing moment for everybody. Everybody is not nominated in their life. You come to Hollywood, you have big dreams, but you’re nominated for a Daytime Emmy—are you kidding me?” she continued. We’re all going to be respectful. We’re all going to be happy for each other. We’re all going to go home and kiss our babies,” Braxton concluded.
