Court Documents Show Witnesses Claimed To Have Seen A White Man Around The Time Jussie Smollett Was Allegedly Attacked, Rope & Ski Mask Seen

On March 26th, Smollett’s lawyers released a statement, stating that all charges against the singer/actor were dropped. “Today, all criminal charges against Jussie Smollett were dropped and his record has been wiped clean of the filing of this tragic complaint against him. Jussie was attacked by two people he was unable to identify on January 29th. He was a victim who was vilified and made to appear as a perpetrator as a result of false and inappropriate remarks made to the public causing an inappropriate rush to judgement. “

The newly released documents, approximately 460-pages, include court reports, arrest charges, documents, and more. Smollett’s attorney Tina Glandian stated that there were two witnesses who said they saw at least one white man near where Smollett said he was attacked in the early hours of the morning.

According to CNN, the documents show that there was a woman walking her dog around the area Smollett was attacked at 12:30am. The woman claims to have seen “a white man who appeared to have a rope underneath his jacket,” who looked away when the woman apparently looked at him.

The other witness, a security guard at a hotel, saw a white man wearing a ski mask at 2 a.m., around the time of the alleged incident. The guard said another man ran by, pointing to the other man in the mask. These whiteness recalls are the exact opposite of white the Chicago Police stated, which was that brothers Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo and Smollett teamed up to fake the attack.
